Good Afternoon Paul! I wanted to take a few minutes to express to you how helpful you were to Amy and I with the purchase of our first home. When we met you around February of 2007, Amy and I were starting to think about buying a home but didn’t actually plan on making a move until sometime in the late summer or early fall, before our October wedding. When we stumbled upon you at an open house we were still in the stage of not even wanting to go into homes for fear of being pounced on for information regarding our situation. What we got in return couldn’t have been further from that. From the day that we met, you displayed nothing but professionalism, from your courteous nature to your attention to detail and mostly your desire to be a partner in the process. You made sure to tell us that if we gave you the opportunity to work with us you wouldn’t push us, you would simply move at our speed as long as we let you know exactly what that speed was. You were true to your word and kept in contact with us regarding properties that met our pre-determined criteria and were also extremely responsive when we contacted you regarding a property that we may have found through other sources. Ultimately, when we found the property that we decided to make a bid on, and eventually purchased, you took us step by step through the process, stayed in contact with us during the negotiating phase and helped to keep us grounded during what could have been an extremely stressful time. After signing the Agreement of Sale, we worked together very smoothly to make sure that all of the necessary procedures were completed leading up to the settlement. In addition to your work with us, you were always available for our mortgage company representative which also eased the process. I can tell you that Amy and I are extremely pleased in our new home and couldn’t have done it without you. You successfully made our first home buying experience a joy! We will gladly pass along to all of our family and friends the positive experience that we had and would certainly recommend that they contact you before buying their next home. Thank you,
