(DOM in 2006, 46 DOM in 2007). -Property Marketing Period increased by 4.6% in 2007. (DOM in 2006, 83 DOM in 2007). -Average Sales Price increased by 2.2% in 2008. (3) Median Sale Price: A midpoint between sales prices, it is the middle number in a given sequence of numbers. For example, 5 properties sell in a neighborhood. Sold prices are $190,000; $212,000; $224,000; $237,000; and $243,000. The Median Sale Price is $224,000.

Only approximately 2% of all listings nationwide are sold by the listing agent. When you list your house with me, I will try my best to sell it myself, but more importantly, I will simply get it sold.
